A warning letter is usually issued to employees that violate the rules of the company. However, what happens to employees that break or violate their discipline warning letter? There could be a lot that might happen. They could receive another (last) warning letter from the company or they could be discharged from the company as well. Since breaking the rules that are already created could cause serious injuries or accidents at the workplace especially if it is a factory business, these warning letters should be considered crucial and it could be their last chance in staying at the company.
With serious impacts that could happen to the business especially if they could lose profit, then following the rules are important for all employees to do. A violation of their discipline warning letters can be a sign that they might keep doing their violations and it could be bad for the company and business as a whole. When that happens continuously, the management might decide to discontinue their contract straight away and discharge them from their duties. Depending on the severity of the case, they might have 1 more chance to stay in the company as long as they sign an agreement letter that they will not repeat their offense.
If it is the employee’s first violation, usually there will be a verbal warning first. If they repeat the offense, then a warning letter will be issued. In most companies, they usually only give certain times where someone could repeat their offense. After 2 warning letters, most likely, they will be discharged from the company. With the economy these days, no businesses would take any chance of losing profit. If an employee is deemed not productive or effective because they keep creating problems, then the company might just let them go instead.
